I had problems with major errors on Trend's website in regard to stats on almost all their stones being incorrect. The DWS/B7/FC stone I purchased had box markings stating it was 600/350 grit vs the 1000/340 grit I thought I was purchasing. After emailing them about the issues on their website descriptions and asking what the box and product situation was for my purchase, they handled it promptly, and professionally.
