2. You Must Use Bready Mixes Only
I would suggest any potential purchaser go to the Bready website BEFORE YOU PURCHASE THIS UNIT -- http://www.mybready.com/store/generalsite/home
If you need Gluten-Free bread, the system will work great.
However, if you watch the video you will see the unit ONLY WORKS WITH BRADY MIXES, which cost from $7 - $9 each, a very expensive proposition (you can order Brady mixes at that same website).
Just to be clear, you can ONLY USE BRADY MIXES. You can not use your own recipe or any other boxed mix. They won't work.
