1. Worked well until it broke
We purchased this coffee maker for our office last year. It brews quickly and works with the push of a single button instead of the confusing array of buttons some coffee makers have. The carafe works very well and will keep hot all day if needed. Our only issue is that after having the coffee maker just over a year, it quit working. A local appliance repair store looked at it said the element and circuit panel were both out. Kind of a big deal since this coffee maker cost over $500 and was only used for 14 months. We're afraid to try this brand again and will choose another.
