This Toaster Ovens give to us some advantages, like this :
1. Good product but flawed design
I use this oven with homemade dough, and the results are far better than a conventional oven. The pizza is very close to commercial quality.
The oven has heating elements on top and bottom. For some reason, the element on the bottom is smaller than the one on the top. Out of the box, the oven burns the toppings before the bottom is done (only for homemade dough, frozen pizzas work fine).
I disassembled the oven and put the smaller element on top, and the larger one on the bottom (easy to do). Now, the oven cooks homemade dough almost as well as a commercial pizza oven.
If it weren't for the stupid arrangement of the heating elements, I would give it 5 stars. As the item is shipped, it's only appropriate for thin frozen pizzas.
2. Love this Pizza Oven!
I have had my Biaggia pizza oven for years and have not had any problems with top burning before bottom is done. It has always worked great and I have enjoyed the pizzas I made in it. I make thin crust, stuffed crust and thick crusts and all come out perfect. I also use it to re-heat things. I use tin foil for anything that may drip.
This pizza oven works so well for us, my daughter-in-law has asked us to buy it for her for a Christmas present. I will definitely get this one right!

Use it for everything!
For years, I have used the Biaggia 502 oven for anything that requires baking and fits through the slot! It all turns out wonderfully. No trouble with burning anything, unless it's my own fault. Pasties, fish, chicken, Reubens... it all works in there. When mine is worn out, I'll be shopping for another.
