1. Very disappointed!,,,,,Don't buy a Magic Chef Product!!!!
I bought this microwave for a Christmas gift in December of 2011. 2 months later the microwave started accumulating extreme moisture content on the door whenever in use. I called the company and emailed them and they said that this was just a normal occurrence and that I did not have to worry about it. I know what normal moisture should look like and this was far worse. Anyway, in June of 2012 while using the microwave it just shut off and quit working..11/2 years later and the microwave quit working,unreal!!!!, This product was manufactured in July 2013 so it didn't even make it to the 2 year mark.I called the company and they told me that I would be responsible for the labor of the product if I wanted it to be repaired but if it was anything other then the magnetron tube I would have to buy the parts as well.No thank you! By the time I had to pay for labor I might as well just buy a new micro. Also the customer service manager I spoke with for the magic chef company was rude and...
