This give to us some advantages, like this :
1. Extravagant but Prefect
Does one really need a samovar? I suppose not, but when I making Sunday (or Saturday) breakfast (say blinis for example) being able to refill your teacup at will seems needful. And it does look as good as it functions (how German!). And if you are going to buy a samovar having a budget for it seems pointless. With this samovar 5 liters of tea does not seem like a lot.

2. Like it
It is smaller than what i thought.
But still like it. Nice and useful.
We can have tea all the time now :)

Need more appointment... ?
My Samovarrrrr has not yet Boiled.......
Generally being a snob and liking fine things, violating the new cultural standards of chinese made shabbyness, I wanted to get a German made Samovar to get up the noses of the culturally illiterate and tasteless consumers of crude plastic everything. I can just hear them say "What in TAR-NATION is that?" "You mean it ain't plastic?"

Of course this is stainless steel and is the bottom end model at least on Amazon, you may question how hard core my snobbishness is, failing to get the gold plated one. I do have limits.

Having just received this and not even used it yet, I might be a bit premature here but I have to say this is a first rate item. And as such it's tenure on this planet is probably extremely limited. BEEM is probably going to start making these in Zambia, paying 5 cents an hour to abused, poverty stricken captives just like all other companies around the world have done. You'll open the box and find a severed head inside once and a while. Just joking,...
